REFUNDS

Upon completing your purchase, you will be prompted to upload photographs to begin the creation of your personalized AI-generated book or digital photos. Please be aware of the following refund and return conditions: 

Before Clicking "Finish and Train": If you have not clicked the "Finish and Train" button, you are eligible to request a full refund within two weeks (14 days) of your purchase. This applies to both digital and printed versions of the product. To request a refund during this period, please contact our support team. 

After Clicking "Finish and Train": Once you click the "Finish and Train" button, indicating that your input is complete and the AI process for your purchased products has started, your purchase is considered final. At this point, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for digital products due to the nature of digital content. 

Printed Books: For customers who order printed products, we guarantee the quality of our printing process. Returns will be accepted and refunds issued only in cases of printing defects (e.g., misprints, damaged pages). We ask that you contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your book to initiate a return for printing defects. 

Reproduction of Likeness: While our AI strives to accurately reproduce the likeness of individuals based on the photographs provided, variations can occur. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the AI's reproduction of a person's likeness.
